Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes

At Zion United Methodist Church, we proudly participate in Operation Christmas Child every year, sharing God’s love with children in need around the world.

These special shoeboxes, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, are filled with thoughtful gifts such as school supplies, toys, and personal care items. They are delivered to children in communities across the globe, often through local churches, bringing joy and hope to those who need it most.

Through this ministry, we express a loving heart and care for our community and for children everywhere. It’s a powerful way to teach generosity, compassion, and the joy of giving, reflecting the love of Christ in tangible ways.

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7

Join us in spreading hope and blessings through these shoeboxes and making a difference in the lives of children this Christmas season!
